I just wanted to drop you a line to tell you what a blast my kids and I had this past weekend learning about “country cooking” in the wilds of Pike County Pennsylvania with Blazena as our weekend Chef.

My daughter has told all her friends that you can’t beat eating Chef Blazena’s Blueberry pancakes with freshly picked wild blueberries-- that of course, she helped pick.

I must tell you that my husband and I were amazed what meals you prepared for us with an extremely limited ingredient list—as you learned, that is just the way my kitchen is in the country. Even with an extremely limited stock of ingredients and seasonings (due to me of course!) you created two knock out, delicious meals for our family that we finished in no time.

I must say that aside from you being a terrific cook and preparing great meals with such style we truly enjoyed your company – you immediately blended in with our family and understood how important it is that our “country weekends” are laid back, fun, easy, uncomplicated but very interesting!
