“Dear Blazena:
I would like to personally thank you and Joe for doing a fabulous job catering
my husband’s 40th Surprise Birthday Party.
I must say that in my eight years as a Bridal Consultant/Special Event Planner,
I have never been exposed to a team like yours. First of all you have the most
pleasant personalities in the world, which as we all know is a real plus in this
“service” oriented business. You were a pleasure to work with and
literally made each phase of planning my husband’s party a breeze.
From the moment we met I liked the fact that you both exhibited so much passion
and excitement for what you do. That enthusiasm certainly translates in the way
you work. Your food is not only out-of-this-world, but your presentation is like
a work of art. It became a real conversation piece.
You are courteous, professional, knowledgeable and best of all very clean. My
kitchen was the only room in the house, which was back in order after you left.
My friends and family were extremely impressed with your delectable appetizers
and many called the next day to let us know how wonderful the food and service
was.
I can not thank you enough for all you did in making my husband’s 40th Birthday
Party a night he and I and our guests will never forget.
