Grand Opening - Company Event 80 guests - October 2007 |

Recently we threw a grand opening event for my company in the exhibition kitchen at Maverick Cuisine in Waldwick, NJ, and hired the incredibly charming and accommodating Chef Blazena. This was the perfect venue and Chef Blazena truly outdid herself.
All 80 of my guests, many of whom are high-profile folks in the area, enjoyed very much the opportunity to grab an apron, roll up their sleeves and jump in to help Chef and her staff with the food preparation.
We never saw so many people having such a good time! Chef facilitated with even the smallest of details, "soup to nuts," so to speak, and gave our guests a night to remember for years.
We cannot thank her and Maverick Cuisine enough for their wonderful accommodation and hospitality."
